At Zentora, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our AI-powered educational platform. If you're not satisfied with a course or subscription, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
1. Refund Eligibility
- You must request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- The course must not be completed more than 25% at the time of the request.
- Refunds are only applicable for purchases made directly through Zentora.com.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Courses purchased via third-party marketplaces or partners
- Completed courses or subscriptions beyond the eligible period
- Promotional or discounted course bundles
3. Subscription Cancellations
Subscription users can cancel anytime. You’ll retain access for the remainder of your billing period, but no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
4. Refund Process

5. Exceptions
